1. Purpose of the Survey

The participant survey is conducted as part of the ISUenergy program and serves to ensure quality and support the continuous improvement of the event.

Access to the survey is restricted exclusively to participants of the respective ISUenergy program. The survey link is provided only to registered participants.

The collected data are used exclusively for evaluating the event, reporting to funding organizations and sponsors, and planning future ISUenergy programs.

Participation in the survey is voluntary.

2. Confidentiality

Participant responses are treated confidentially. Personally identifiable information is accessible only to individuals responsible for the evaluation.

3. Voluntary Identification

Providing first and last name is optional. Participants may submit feedback either anonymously or by identifying themselves.

4. Data Analysis and Reporting

Survey results are analyzed and reported in aggregate form whenever possible. Any sharing or publication of survey results will be limited to anonymized and aggregated data.

Individual responses will not be published with participants' names.

Quotations from open-ended responses may be used provided they cannot reasonably be linked to an identifiable individual.

ISUres reserves the right to combine anonymized survey results from multiple ISUenergy programs in order to evaluate long-term trends and the overall impact of the ISUenergy initiative.

5. Access to Survey Data

Access to the raw survey data is limited to individuals responsible for organizing and evaluating ISUenergy, as well as persons expressly authorized by ISUres.

6. Data Retention

Survey data will be retained only for as long as necessary to support evaluation, reporting, and the continued development of ISUenergy. Thereafter, any personally identifiable information will be deleted or permanently anonymized.

7. Use for Reports to Sponsors and Funding Organizations

Summarized and anonymized survey results may be used in reports provided to sponsors, funding organizations, partner universities, and other stakeholders.

8. Effective Date

This policy applies to all participant surveys conducted as part of ISUenergy and shall be observed by all organizers responsible for the program.
