Registration Process
Conditions
- ISUenergy 2026 will take place from 23.August 2026 - 04.September 2026
- The number of participants is limited to 60 students.
- A pre-set application process with several criteria forms the basis for being able to participate in the event among qualified, interdisciplinary students.
- ISUenergy 2026 (incl. accommondation until 5th September 2025) fees are (early bird until 31.03.2026).
- Students in Bachelor/Master courses : CHF 900 CHF
- Students in PhD courses: CHF 1'200 CHF
- Other participants (e.g. from industry): CHF 1'800 CHF
- For registrations after 31.03.2026, a 100 CHF fee will be added.
- Participants from non-OECD countries may receive a 10% rebate upon request.
- Registrations are open until 31. May 2026.
Application
- Please apply using the below online application form. To do so, first register on the registration website with your name and email-address and with password.
- Please also read our general terms and conditions in advance.
Application documentation
To register successfully, it is important that you send us via the Online Application form the completed following information in form of on PDF documents per topic:
- Picture page of your ID card or passport ;
- Transcript of grades from your home university ;
- Valid University certificate in English or German ;
- Curriculum vitae ;
- Current Semester / Term Certificate ;
- Reasoned statement of interest in participating in the event .
To ensure reception, please reduce the document size to a total of maximum 10 MB, or send them in separate mails.
Selection criteria
The criteria for acceptance of your application are:
- registered Bachelor or Master degree student or Doctoral candidate;
- academic achievements to date;
- short statement of motivation for participation;
- knowledge of English language - C1 level.
Nomination
- After we receive your online application, we will review it within 10 business days. If we have any further questions, we will contact you by email at short notice.
- We will also keep you informed of the status of your nomination by email within two weeks. If you do not receive an email, please request it again and check your spam folder.
- Registration: If you have received a nomination offer and wish to accept, please send us an e-mail confirmation within one week, together with a scanned and signed copy of our waiver of liability.
Payment of participation fee
- The participation fee is to be transferred to the account of the ISUres within 1 week of your nomination.
- Please send a confirmation of your transaction by email at the same time.
Lunch, accommodation: The costs for lunch during the tuition and accommodation for the duration of the course are included in the participation fee. Breakfast and dinner has to be organised individually, e.g. at the accommodation. - Confirmation of participation: After the complete registration process has been successfully completed, we will send you a confirmation letter and prepare everything for your time at the event location in Falera.
